TRAVELLER INFORMATiON REGARDiNG THE TRAVELLERS’ REGiSTRATiON FORM, RD 933/2021

In application of Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities, as of 2 December 2024, it is compulsory for accommodation establishments located in Spain to collect data on travellers and communicate them by telematic means to the department of the Secretary of State for Security, which reports to the Ministry of the Interior.
Royal Decree 933/2021 now obliges us to collect certain data that must be provided to the Ministry of the Interior, such as the full address, e-mail address, date of arrival and departure, relationship of the members of the reservation if any of them are minors or identification of the means of payment.
The purpose of the collection and communication of such data by our establishment to the Ministry of the Interior is to prevent terrorist offences and other forms of organised crime.
